The little mermaid longs to see the world above the waves. “Will the wind stroke my hair?” she wonders. “Will the sun kiss my cheeks?” On her fifteenth birthday she finally finds out…and her life changes forever.
I have known this story since I was a little girl, but these days, I read it again. I had a lot of things not to know. I thought a little sister is curious, and she has brave. My favorite sentence is “She prayed for a storm, so she could save him again.” I guessed she wanted to see prince. I understood her mind!! But she could meet the prince, so she must be happy. I thought they get married, but didn’t. Finally, she became waves. I thought it is sad story.
